Beautiful environment, nice amenities and responsive services in a convenient neighborhood location that includes restaurants a shops... just a short walk to the Potomac river and associated park land.
The Clayborne experience is fabulous. I feel like I'm living in an upscale hotel with constant, personable neighbors. The building is updated and elegant. The floor plans are relevant to today's needs, with above average finishes. In a beautiful, walk-able neighborhood, this urbanesque community boasts lovely exterior landscaping and two extraordinary rooftop garden/lounge spaces. Management and staff alike are concerned for tenants' well-being and are responsive to our needs. A 40-year, multiple locations, homeowner, I couldn't have chosen a better residence to call home while I ponder my next acquisition. In fact...I might now be a permanent Clayborne convert!
We love the small intimate community at the Clayborne - staff knows us and we feel like we are family.
I've been surprised by the level of excellence the Clayborne has provided. Interestingly enough, this sort of excellence has seemed effort. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the apartment complex itself is extremely clean and my most favorite part is how quite it is around. Quite as in, no traffic outside and even indoors, when I press the elevator button its usually always available. Its the small things...
Exceptional. Management staff is a pleasure to speak with and always willing to listen, and always friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
