Whenever I need maintenance they always show the same day or the next . They are very responsive, respectful and nice. They take the time to let me if I am there what they are doing. . It’s a pleasure have maintenance workers that care.

A gentleman named Rubio replaced our stove, he was very fast and efficient. He even offered to stopped by to check to see if the new equipment was leaking or not. He was polite and very pleasant. We are very pleased with his work and his mannerism.

LOVEEEEEE MY TOWNHOUSE SO MUCH! Brookville is the best! Staff is amazing! Neighborhood is super quiet! Parking is a nightmare at night though. So sad to be moving🥺. Will definitely consider moving back in the future!

I really appreciate Antonio, Rubio and Carlos for always doing exemplary work. I would like to recognize Antonio and Rubio for their quick and professional response to an issue that occurred over the weekend. They made our lives much easier by working together to resolve our maintenance request. I definitely recommend Brookville Townhomes as a great place to reside.

If you like your power going out all the time and mice then this place is perfect for you. Maintenance is a joke, so is headquarters.
