Question #1: I would not live here due to the cleanliness of the neighborhood and the lack of exterior amenities Question #2: Fair Question #3: Besides the bike racks and outdoor lounging areas there were not any other visual amenities. Question #4: Walking distance to drugstores, 2 schools and under 2 miles to a major highway.
