Very quiet garden apt. Very friendly staff always available. The maintenance team is top notch fixes it once and responsibly normally same day

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL/VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When you move in to an apartment complex you would expect management/leasing consultants to be professional and know housing laws. We have had encounters not at the office but outside our building when we are just walking our dog and they have been very rude and so/very unprofessional. I try to follow the steps and fill out all the forms needed to have my emotional support animal yet they keep sending out letter and charging us extra fees very month . parking spots have been faded since we moved in and we have mentioned it to them several times and they did nothing about it and people had to guess where to park because no one is willing to get their car towed.since we moved in we have not had any good customer service/experience whatsoever. We are excited/ looking forward to move out of their property. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! prior to signing lease they will be the nicest after that its the worse customer service experience we have received from any apartment complex we have lived on

Visited my girlfriend and heard her neighbor snore ALL night! Unbelievable! She was told by management she couldn't turn on her tv after hours so we had to listen to him. I would never stay here...you do not supposed to hear what goes on in other folks' bedrooms - PERIOD.

Walls are paper thin. Literally, I can hear baby crying, playing, bed squeaking, snoring, talking, pots/pans, etc. Would be perfect, but the noise is oftentimes unbearable. I love my quietness. It is a game changer. I will not be renewing my lease.

The apartments are infested with mice that live in the walls. Walls are thin, you could hear your neighbors talking and walking. Train yourself to sleep thru noise. Gym is a joke, good luck getting a pool pass ..summer is over and never got one... Say good bye to your deposit money..you wonot see it... seriously consider near apartments and donot be cheap ...

Really good management and they have lots of patients . I was living here for five year but went for long vocation oversees . Hopefully I can find new appointment in this family when Im comping back . Thanks for everything. Taher Anwari
