These apartments are disgusting! I'm embarrassed when people visit me. The building entranceways, hallways, and common areas are never cleaned. Most doors have chipping paint and stains and look horrible. The door to my building has been broken since I moved in; it sits wide open 24/7 inviting anyone or anything to enter from the busy street. Loud noise, lack of parking, and smoking inside are major issues. Also, an overall lack of common courtesy and respect for the property is a norm. The apartments have mice due to a lack of housekeeping. Large rats gather around the trash dumpsters at night. Recently, I have seen crows eating dead rats in the parking lots, it is truly disturbing and gross. Animal waste litters the sidewalks and grassy areas too.

Save yourself the headache. This property is by far the worst to reside.Property management (Regional manager included) are made aware of issues with no resolve. The turn around time for maintenance is terrible, they close open tickets without fixing the problem but youll see them gathered chatting and laughing never working. There are mice/rats all over the property. No ample parking (residents pay for parking passes) available for residents and the tow company does not remove non-resident vehicles even when you call. Specific current issues with my unit since move-in: Floods/ leaks (still ongoing), more than half electric outlets are inoperable, no secure screens on any windows or patio door, front door has no weather stripping to prevent hot/cold air and insects, inoperable dishwasher, uneven flooring (dips/lumps throughout unit).

Need to rent a one bed room apartment for less rent then what Im paying right now

This place has rats everywhere. Rat poop all throughout the apartment. They lie and show you an apartment you are not getting. Wendy the staff member lies to people to steal their money and get ppl to sign a lease. Once you sign the lease youre stuck with a rat infested apartment. This place is awful!!! Dont rent here!!!!
