So been here almost a year and have been battling with roaches and rodents i have filed many complaints even called the companies head quarters and they say they say they was going to call me back 2 weeks past no call back ever i called again after that they said they were going to send and exterminator but they only set these sticky traps and plugged holes with silicone and patched a hole with wole i would stay away from this place there is rodent feces every where i have had to throw my kids food from the pantry away over 10 times due to having rat poop on the food cant wait till my lease is over HERE ARE PICTURES SO YOU KNOW IM NOT LIEING

Horrible people in the leasing office. Rats running by the dumpster on a daily basis and minimal help with maintenance complaints. Don't recommend

We moved in less than a month ago. When I viewed the space, I was shown a model unit since my unit "wasn't ready". I was told my unit would be renovated. After getting the keys and coming in to check out my new apartment, I found that the unit was not renovated, and there are cockroaches everywhere. I reported it, and was told pest control would be by the next day. No one was in my unit the next day and when I called, the office manager argued with me and said that they were. That they had sprayed a gel in my cabinets- that were filled with food.. so essentially my food was covered with pesticides if she was correct but I wasn't to worry about it. Since then, after complaining to the property manager, her response was "I'm sorry to hear that, we will keep sending pest control". So in the meanwhile, my toddler and I are just supposed to deal with it. Under my kitchen sink, there is a hollow space that has been covered with a plastic sheet that is drilled in. They also have "valet trash" which is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in an apartment complex. You are to place your trash outside your front door after 6pm and two guys in a nasty pick up truck will pick it up between 6pm-9pm, however, you're not required to bring your trash receptacles inside until 9am the following morning. So it's acceptable to keep trash bins in the halls from 6pm-9am. No wonder there are cockroaches. This place is disgusting. And I do not plan to just sit and wait for these careless property managers to fix anything

The Front Office (Rental Office), is very good and caring, and understanding of any Person that goes to the office. Recreational amenities?., I have no idea because we do not have one.
