There's a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops and nice scenery. I like going out to eat and shopping and to performances

I can walk to the park and have access to different restaurants just a few blocks away which makes it easy to go out with friends and family and not deal with parking

I like the available restaurants downtown, and it's only a short walk to church street (the nice shopping strip). also great views, right on lake champlain

Their are beautiful water front places to just go sit, their a also nature walks you can go and see lots of pretty stuff
