They gave me 100% of there time when asking about the apartment

Certified Resident
For the most part it has been a good place to live. The big downside for me is that I am disabled and walk with a cane. There isn't sufficient disability parking here and my parking space is quite far away. They seem a bit uncaring to the fact that it is difficult to walk from so far away. I kindly asked if they could move me to a closer parking spot and they responded that they are unable to due to the parking is all pre-assigned.
