I am really happy here. If something needs to be fixed, someone will come right away and get it done. The A/C should be replaced since it is very old, but thats my only complaint.

I absolutely love living here. It was the best choice I ever made for an apartment . The girls in the office treat me like a rock star and I feel so good maintenance is the best.

The rent is way too much for a sardine can of a studio. The pool was barely open last summer, it was closed more than open. All the appliances are dinosaurs. I had to buy my own heater bc I know they would not replace my old one. They tried to charge me for a pet I dont have, all because a maintenance guy said he saw one and litter box when doing yearly inspections. The first summer I moved in, I had roaches daily. My rent raised $100 with my lease renewal. I was paying 960 for a SMALL studio, then was paying $1060. They dont advertise all their fees with it. You will be paying base rent, plus 40 WiFi fee, 20 covered parking, 10 for home insurance. Then you have a separate utilities card with water, trash, sewer, real estate tax, C.A.M fee, service fee. If you wanna spend all your money on rent and bills, then feel free to move here.

I just moved up here from Mississippi. I am surprised at how expensive the small apartments are. The staff is very helpful though not being able to see an empty apartment is not very helpful. They only showed me their model apartments

21 years I have lived here it has been nothing but absolute Bliss! The girls in the office right now are Absolute Angels they are so helpful kind! They are beautiful all four of them! The head maintenance supervisor is absolutely awesome I would recommend everybody asked for him! The community it's tween when it snows they shovel and salt the sidewalks! I do not have a car it is on a major bus line and you're 10 minutes away from all three track lines! I've lived here 21 years! What more can I say!!
