Ive lived here a couple years and about to leave. The apartment itself is fine. Its the people that have moved in who are ruining it. This is one of the cheaper apartments around, so its drawing in the trash tenants who have no respect for the property or the other people who live here. Loud music, parties, fights and barking dogs throughout all hours have made it impossible to get a good nights rest. The dog owners around here dont care about anyone elses comfort and will let their dogs bark all day and night out on the patios. Last year the pool was only open during office hours because the tenants couldnt be trusted not to trash it. Even at that, people would still leave all their garbage at the tables by the pool instead of cleaning up their mess (The pool was just opened for this summer, so well see what happens). For the past couple months theres been a new trend of an open air garage. Every weekend now, theres cars being torn apart and worked on in the parking lot. This isnt a big deal, but it certainly adds to the white trash trailer park vibe that is going on here. Now when the management reads this review, they are going to respond with something like: While we appreciate your feedback, we're sorry to see that you have some concerns which have hindered your enjoyment of your home here. At your earliest convenience, please give our office a call to discuss this in greater detail. We hope to hear from you soon. The problem is, Ive made several attempts to get the office staff to do something about these issues (especially the noise ones). Ive gone into the office personally. Ive called them. Ive left them messages. Ive had to call the cops on certain occasions. Nothing has worked. Each time I call the office, they act like this is the first time theyre hearing about it. They refuse to do anything to help. Ive talked with other neighbors who have made the same complaints, so I know its not just me.

They are now putting the A/C units on the patio. You can't enjoy the patio now with the noise and the hot air blowing on you. What is the point of having a patio if you can't enjoy it.
