-Office staff is happy and helpful. -Maintenance is efficient and available in a timely manner. -Neighbors are quiet and considerate.
They take care of the facilities and is quick to respond to maintenance issues. Though the parking areas and exterior stairwell to the units are lacking in lighting the parking areas, often dark.
I like Woodgate. They aren't overly involved with how you live but are willing to help you out with your needs.
I work nights therefore can not access the gym or the hot tub or any of the things I pay for.
It's a nice place to live. They are really good about maintenance and show up very timely and an great to deal with.
