Great place to live and really like the staff! I have lived here for 5 yrs and dont plan on moving. They go above and beyond duty. Whenever i need something they help me with it. The office girls are awesome!
The lease is written to punish you if you have a late payment, and the manager will consider a mistake made by their office to be a late payment. Utilities for just water, sewer and trash are over $75 per month for a 1 bedroom, which they do not tell you about. Horrible customer service, I have never gotten as many nasty emails from an apartment manager.
Management failed to provide a clean apartment to move into. Calls not returned over 30 calls for maintanence. I had no burners for stove for 1 year. I still am missing the back burner.I have asked repeatedly and no response. I asked for windows to be sealed and it took over a year.They put masking tape around the edges to stop the wind.both windows needed fixing ,only one was addressed.They chipped the window ledge in the process. I had sharp razor blades left open on my dresser so I was cut .
Water is not included in rent, staff doesn't communcate well with each other about resident, way over priced for the amount of square ft. Not enough parking.
They take care of the facilities and is quick to respond to maintenance issues. Though the parking areas and exterior stairwell to the units are lacking in lighting the parking areas, often dark.
