      The apartments are big, spacious, and they come quickly to fix any problem I may have. The ladies at the office are very nice and always trying to help. Neighbors for the most part are very nice as well. The grounds keeper does a very nice job and the park and playground are nicely kept so I feel good about letting my four daughters play there. The complex is close to Jordan Landing and other mayor doing and entertainment centers.

      The office staff is amazing. They are always helpful. The apartment are a good size. I love how the the apartments are around the outside and the grass is in the middle. It is a very family friendly complex. There are a few parts in the parking lot that need to be fixed but overall happy living here.

      Where do I begin? They have damaged stairs that my neighbor tripped and fell on and wound up in the hospital for a month and almost died from a head injury. They constantly have construction, leaf blowers, mowers, or something going on ONLY in the very early hours of the morning when people are still sleeping. They use the cheapest carpet known to man so that way they HAVE to replace it after every single tenant moves in. It is the carpet that looks new for 2 weeks and within 3 months looks beat up and shabby so they can charge you a lot when you leave. The electric wiring is really bad, and your bulbs blink a lot and even have a flicker to them. The other tenants they allow in are of a very low caliber so there was fighting and yelling, and bottles being thrown and broken all the time. Things always got stolen from my porch. They do have an Amazon locker, but they don't monitor it and it doesn't open and allow you to get packages half the time. The walls were very terribly painted and were obviously rushed. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the office staff was very nice and kind. Other than that, this place is a total dump. The pool area is always vandalized. The pool and hot tub are never cleaned and wreak of human soup. The weight machine is a rickety dangerous thing. The other machines hardly work. THEY PROVIDE THE BARE MINIMUM ON THESE APARTMENTS!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will not enjoy most of it and I guarantee they will find some small thing to charge you for upon leaving. Word to the wise, keep shopping

      I cant say enough about this place. Ive been here going on 4 years , it fits us just perfect. My daughter takes classes at the University for nursing . She saved just last month over 160$ By not needing to fill her gas tank . I I fell in love with the grounds and cleanliness here at Cascades Springs. The maintenance guy are a hoot and are always willing to lend a hand. I appreciate the office staff Marcie and ahieadh they continually find fun activities for the everyone in the family. (Easter egg hunt, summer parties , trick -a treat , they seem to go over and above to make every resident feel like a neighbor. I would recommend living here. Cj

      I have lived here a long time and customer service and maintenance are great. The apartments are much larger than new complexes.

      Me and my Wife have lived here for over 2 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. The management is great and they are always striving to improve the properties. One example is they upgraded the pool and hot tub while we lived there so that it could accommodate more people. There has never been any surprise extra payments. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I actually recommended it to my parents and they moved in. We have never had an issue here.
