The apartments are great there spacious and we've had no issues with anything needing to be fixed. But the communication in the front office is zero the very first month we moved in and paid the online portal app to pay rent indicated we owed over 2000 when it was our first month and we already paid. There were all these ridiculous late fees upon late fees. We had to go into the office to have them remove it and they didn't even no why it was there.and that's happened four times but all different amounts in the time frame of three months. You can't depend on speaking to anyone who works in the office because if you ask for a follow up call they'll never do it. Which you'd think a receptionist/front desk job that'd be common to call back with information for someone when they ask. There's also no sympathy for anyone all they care about is your money. My husband lost his job and that put us in a bind to pay rent. We paid half and informed the office when we'd have the other half but they didn't care they plastered a notice on our door didn't fold it over so no one could see and it asked us to vacate for being only a few days late.even when you buy a house and are paying morgage on that house and might fall short on money or don't have the money cause a loss of a job. Even the bank is more gracious giving you a few weeks to come up with money. Point being is there not very realistic with the time frame of paying rent before asking residents to vacate.
Alright look... This isn't student housing where you're allowed to live somewhere for only one semester and then move. Also obviously no propane grills on the patio because there have been dozens of fires due to them (my previous complex had one about 6 months ago).
It's really simple,12-14 month lease, the prices are average for the state and the area for what they offer in amenities. If you don't like it get over it and live somewhere else. Don't write a crap review because you're sour you didn't get your way.
The apartments are great! I loved the separate dining area and the pantry in the kitchen. I didn't even have a pantry in my house! I just loved it here!
The people who worked in the office were really nice and bent over backwards to ensure our time there was stress free.
We loved Concord at Geneva
There have been a number of problems in the front office. There is poor insulation in the apartments.
*Do not live here - 0 stars*
Do you like being overpriced for small, low quality apartments? Do you like being pushed into contracts that are longer than your entire life's story, with almost no possible way out except with higher authority? Do you like living next to the loudest train in the entire world? Then this place is for you!
Trust me. My husband and I lived here for only one month, and the management had absolutely no communication. We signed contract after contract, (while we were already living in the apartment, mind you) trying to get everything right. Eventually we said to heck with this, we will live somewhere else! Best decision ever - but is costed us an arm and a leg and a lung and a heart to get out. We now get twice the amount of space at half the price, and the management isn't going to yell at us on the phone for no reason. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
