I've lived in many 'luxury apartments' in Utah and out, and this is not a luxury apartment. This complex is not quiet, inside you every noise, every footstep, and if not living on the very top floor the insulation is so bad the walking sounds like stomping all day, every day. We hear the train all day/night, we hear pounding bass from cars and all the car alarms going off.
The dog park is a 10X8 sad, gravel covered area. The provided internet is slow, so don't think you'll be able to all be on the computer, gaming, streaming at the same time.
Office staff while nice, are not responsive to complaints. Things just don't change. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Would not recommend.

I'll go in order of the ranking criteria.
Parking is nonexistent, don't get me wrong, I don't mind walking, but when it comes to unloading groceries, buying new furniture or loading up my car with trash (because there is only one trash compactor for the entire complex) it is a huge pain. I especially hate seeing my elderly neighbors also having to deal with parking far away. Your "solution" to rent premier parking is not a solution. 1. There is only so many so even if everyone bought one we would still have this issue. 2. The price to rent them is not huge but when added to your astronomical rent, its laughable.
Grounds. They are kept rather well, except for the sprinklers. I must clean off my windshield to drive every morning because of all the water stains that accumulate on them. I understand that some water is going to get on my car regardless of anything you do, but its excessive right now. If I'm driving towards the sun, I cannot see through them safely. The addition of the doggy bag stations has greatly helped the grounds.
Construction: for a pet friendly apartment complex, these apartments are not. The carpet choice is horrendous. I'm sure it was cheap, and looks nice from a distance, but I've had to buy a new vacuum and carpet cleaner within a year of purchasing them because this carpet is impossible to clean. It accumulates dirt and hair and while it hides it well, is not healthy for me or my dog. I've heard this complaint from several other dog parents at the dog park. Appliances are terrible, me and many other tenants, have complained about the stove taking forever to preheat. the fridges are the cheapest you can buy and the dishwasher is the least efficient I have ever seen. We are expected to pay electricity yet the light fixtures are all incandescent lights. Air conditioning is also a problem unless you have all the doors open. It effectively cools the main living area but not the bedrooms. The kitchen appears nice in pictures but is not practical
