year after moving out they are trying to sue me for $5000.00. Even though my contract was done and I was on a month by month payment they are trying to sue me. I've read this from other people who have moved out as well. They nickel and dime you while you are living there. Rent + $20 covered parking+$100 garage+$40 washer/dryer rental+$20 camera fee. Then after you leave they still try to sue you. DO NOT MOVE IN. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
Everything including the amenities was great. The apartment that I looked at was well kept up.
Such a great place to live
You guys would be amazed to know, that even to find out how much rent you own to the community, you need to pay 10 bucks to register to the online portal.
Also, if in case you opt out of the online portal to save 10 bucks you cannot submit any maintenance request online.
This means to know how much rent you pay and to submit a maintenance request this community would want money from you. Seriously?
If you opt to take washer/dryer for rent during the middle of your leasing term they will be happy to do it for you, as they will get the rent for it, but just in case you decide to opt out of it during the middle of the leasing term, you will have a stern management on your face to say we don't do it. Kindly keep your rules same and not as per your convenience.
In a nut shell the management here only thinks about the owners and not the residents.
I have been here four years and I love it! PROS: The staff is friendly and helpful; maintenance is competent and prompt. Security can be called 24 hrs. The rental price is reasonable, though expect to pay extra (mine is c. $90 for water, garbage, sewer, property taxes (oddly)etc. for my 2BR 1 bath). The apartment has mega-storage. Next to the JordanRiver Parkway - great for walking pets and people. The facilities are top notch: swimming pool, laundry room, dog park, exercise room, business office, Shop 24 vending kiosk, etc. Read your lease, even tho it's book-length! CONS: $2000 penalty for breaking the lease; the party room isn'r up to the standard po other amenities ,must be rented, and you pay overtime after hours. Otherwise, this is the best apartment I have ever found!
