I was in a rush to find an apartment in the middle of the month. The management helped me in a very efficient way reducing my stress and facilitating my application/move-in process.
I have lived here for approx 15 yrs. and I love the location and accommodations with this complex. I personally have never had any problems as far as Loud Parties, Problem Neighbors etc. Any repairs are done quickly, but truly I haven't had many needing to be done. Management have always been willing to help if I have questions etc. Would definitely recommend other to live here...in fact I have had friends move in.
Settlers Point Apartments is a great place to live! The Apartments are nice, the grounds and outside is clean and the area is quite. a little on the expensive side but we'll worth the safety and quality service we get living here!
Cost of living and location is great! Pet fee is also affordable.
They apartment is a decent size for a family of 4. Very nice updates. Excellent location. Peaceful neighborhood. Only complaint was parking if you own a second car. Victor was a great help in our moving from out of state.
