What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About South Salt Lake

Nice apartments but nothing close by have to have a car to get anywhere. No restaurants close by or grocery store, let's just say not safe to walk anywhere.

It's quiet but has nearby stores and restaurants. There's parks and walking trails and my neighborhood doesn't have an HOA

I like the restaurant variety. There's a place to eat no matter what you're craving. I like to take friends to several different restaurants, mainly for breakfast

It is very quiet and people keep to themselves. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a lot to do all the time, and people are friendly for the most part.

Our house backs up to open space with a park and walking trail. It is also very bike friendly and close to breweries, downtown, etc while being far enough away to be quiet.

The rail station is close that takes you downtown. Mostly tract homes from the 1970s. Convenience store is only a block away. The city should start a clean yard program and get rid of all the junk cars on people's front yards.
