What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About South Jordan

It is a semi=private neighborhood with grocery shopping and a variety of retail stores, theaters, etc, located near by. Good central location.

Neighbors are friendly, houses are newer and look nice. Many young families. Large shopping center and movie theater is within biking/walking distance. There is a walking trail that runs next to the neighborhood.

I love my neighborhood. There are walking trails, shops, parks and a lake. We are close to business but it isn't like a downtown

Slow pace of neighbors. Businesses are close, but downtown is not clogged. We have a parkway by the river only a couple of miles from downtown.

Convenience to stores and shopping. Location is prime. Schools are close. Quick highway access. Houses and yards are well maintained.
