Aldara Apartments

Copying over my review from Google but here it is- Well they keep asking for a rating by people who live here so I guess here it is. If this was the apartments when we first moved here it would be a 5. Ever since new management took over this place had been in rapid decline. New fees popping up. Less parking due to new parking charges for covered. Only allow you to use your ac during parts of the year they deem appropriate (apparment consistently reaches above 80 through winter. The list for how crap this place has become could go on and on. The new management should be embarrassed with what they have turned this place into. Sooooo happy our lease will be coming to an end. If we didn't already have a lease we would have left as soon as these people took over. Mt recommendation is to find somewhere else to live the price here is insane and now they treat you like garbage on top of it.

Despite what the website says, they do NOT have short-term leases available. 12 months is the shortest option.

New management company runs like a communist government with all its new rules. Can't wait to move. Only reason I gave s fair and not poor rating is because of the Apartment MGR who is great but came from the old management company.

The location of the apartments smells very bad due to the proximity of mink farms. The volleyball court is built in the basin for the rain water runoff. There is only one trash compactor that often gets full on the weekends. Thus, causing tenants to keep their trash for a day or two which often results in a warning because you might leave the trash on the doorstep.
