I haven''??t had any issues here with the front office and they''??re out quickly for repairs. They''??re definitely a bit dated looking though.

Very friendly and understanding office people. They always remember individual people (me, other people who walk in), always someone in the office during office hours. Shoveled and salted walkways, friendly maintenance workers that explain what they are doing, same-day furnace fix!, they don't enter your apartment when you're not there if you prefer that,friendly guy picks up litter every morning, lots of doggies!

The apartments are a good quality for a good price. They take care of maintenance issues fairly quickly. They have a family-friendly community. They're friendly in the office and are usually easy to work with.

The staff are so willing to help when we have a request or complaint. My husband was bringing in groceries one day and lost his balance and fell. A Maintenance worker noticed him across the way and ran to help him and even helped my husband finish carrying in the groceries. The Maintenance people are so good about keeping the grounds clean and are friendly about it.
