I love this place! It is super convenient, my apartment is super modern and the staff is helpful. I love the parking garage when it snows (still not used to that). I would recommend living here. I don't plan on moving any time soon.

This property has gone down hill. The hallways were always dirty, with black marks on the walls and carpets dirty. Snow was never removed completely. Windows are filthy with no way to clean them. Decks are a mess and agin no way to clean. The staff were unprofessional and the maintenance staff did not know how to fix anything that goes wrong, other than a light bulb. The handicap door never works. Actually I would give 1/2 to 0 Star.

The key pad does not work. You can lock yourself out if you forget your keys. My studio, with all the additional charges, is 1175 a month. Beware

My wife, daughter and I lived here for a year and could not wait to move out. We experienced the upcharges others have talked about and hated it. We lived close to the trash room and it always made the whole hallway reak. We were so happy to move out we went to the office and asked what we needed to do to move out properly. We were told NOT to fill and nail holes or touch up paint etc and that they do that for us since they wanted everything to match what they used, also to clean it good or pay them to do it. Im a contractor and could have done this fine but said ok. Come time to get our last move out statement and they charged us hundreds of dollars for filling 1 set of tv mount holes and a curtain rod holes!! My wife also has a service dog that lived with us, we always take in detail pictures of every property we move into. Carpets had pet stains and other stains from a previous employee manager that lived in our unit. Once again we were charged for them doing a pet treatment on the carpets on top of the normal carpet cleaning fee even though hes a service dog not a pet as well being charged $150 for cleaning the balcony! The apartments have a rough sandy deck outside similar to sand paper and they provided no way to clean this. No hoses bib etc,you cannot mop or use any normal cleaning products to clean. We used to have to fill up a bowl from the tub to dump water and soap onto deck to try to clean the deck since the snow and rain would leave big corrosive salty looking stuff all over the place where it sat till it evaporated. Also we never had our deposit applied towards any of this so basically stole that money from us and did not credit the $500 towards any of these charges they said we owed them. Over $1000 dollars for moving out of a unit that we left clean and empty ready for paint and carpet cleaning. Months of trying to contact property group failed and learned they switched companies, still no response. Now collections is trying to get the balance
