I love the management especially Erin. She has always shown that she cares for her tenants and been prompt on the needs i have to her with.
Worse Apartment management I have ever seen. While doing a annual inspection they tore through my cupboards and closest leaving a mess behind. Management refuses to take your compliance about maintamce team leaving grounds a mess. They dont mow the lawns and allow people to throw trash all over the grounds. Safety is another very serious issue. The police are allows in the complexe due to safety issues here. Maintance never fixes anything wrong in your unit. The blinds were broke before I moved in and 6 months later management refuses still to replace them. Kitchen window lock was broke prior to move in. Still not tepaired. I would not recommend anyone ever moving in here
No notice before hallways were painted. Came home to the hallways smelling of paint fumes, my welcome mat missing, and hard to enter my door since the painters left it covered by paper.
The hired labourers park in my assigned parking stall, and when management was notified, they instructed me to park somewhere else.
After 8 years of residence, had to threaten to move out for new carpet to be installed even when management saw tack strips visible, and huge worn holes in high traffic areas.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Traveling south on I-15, take exit 295 / 9000 south and keep left. Then turn left onto State Street and your new home will be on the left.
