I have family who live there. They have been treated horribly. It's the worst apt I've ever been in contact with.

Although you have never called our community home, we are disappointed to see you still hold such a low perception of it. Please know, we always follow ethical business practices and all Utah tenant laws. We strive to provide a relaxed and comfortable home life to all of our valued residents. We cannot discuss specifics of a given situation with parties not listed on the lease for privacy reasons. However, we encourage your family to reach out to the office with any questions or concerns. Honestly the WORST complex to work with. I have lived here almost a year and I am leaving. I did not have an AC all summer long because every time I would email and ask them to fix it they would send an unqualified maintenance guy over with a new filter and call it good. My car has been tagged twice for threats to get towed because my tag was less then a month past due. I had a dog I was keeping for a friend in the military for less than a week and got a 3 day vacate notice because I didnt pay their $300 pet deposit. I didnt get a call or an email to ask me the details about the dog just a formal vacate notice on my front door. The management here is extremely shady. Not to mention they got new ownership and everything has been closed. But we continue to be charged for everything. We have been told lie after lie about new grills going in and a new fire place and that thing a will be done in short time frames and literally nothing has been done. They took all the grass out of the dog park and replaced it with gravel the dogs can hardly walk on. Took the kids play area out and put in a volleyball net with no intentions of putting a new kids area in. These are just a FEW of the issues we have dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. It is super expensive and every month it goes up in price for no explained reason and if you have a problem with anything dont expect it to ever get handled or dealt with.

Other former and current Alpine Meadows Residents if your are having any issues involving erroneous charges from Alpine Meadows, I would encourage you to File a case with the better business bureau, as they are currently under investigation as a former tenant they have proceeded in lawyers fees and additional costs, for false charges of my account. They are a crooked outfit and deserve not, our hard earned money to go towards the remodel of the place or pocket bonus' of the staff there of.

The apartment they advertise here for $954 is what I live in and over 2 years theyve raised my rent to $1250. Twice the office has submitted a duplicate payment in one month. Costing me over-draft fees twice. The second time they did it , they tried to charge me $100 for being late and more for the insufficient funds. Only, I wasnt late. The check I authorized was paid in full & on time. They made the mistake and I had to fight them to not pay an insufficient funds charge and a $100 late fee. WHEN MY RENT HAD BEEN PAID ON TIME AND THEY SCREWED UP! Each time that they mess up and it costs me money, they refuse to apply it to my bill saying its my mistake. Regardless of how clearly its theirs and theyre requests are ridiculous. Just a week ago we got 2 days notice to clear out our storage closets and we can no longer access them. Still paying the same amount of rent as when we had the storage, of course. Thats how this place is run. You will need to watch every penny. Even if you are ill, even if they make a mistake, youll never get any empathy, an apology, or even a refund for mistakes they make. Ive kept this apartment immaculate. Even having the carpets cleaned at my expense. Wanna bet me they find a reason to withhold my deposit when I move out? If you can afford a different place, run to it. This mangement is just shady.

I do not recommend this complex. For the price you are much better off with a Wasatch Property as they will treat you like a normal human. The apartments are fairly outdated and lack quality appliances and features (except for a mandatory $10 a monthly parcel locker if you want to receive packages!). Expect to be charged for every little thing upon move-out and none of it is negotiable. Steer clear, folks!!!

We're sorry to hear you were left with a negative perception of our community. Although older buildings require more upkeep, our dedicated maintenance team ensures all amenities are in working order. We encourage residents experiencing issues to fill out a work order. We hear your frustration regarding your move-out costs. However, all terms were clearly outlined in your lease agreement.
