I do not recommend this complex. For the price you are much better off with a Wasatch Property as they will treat you like a normal human. The apartments are fairly outdated and lack quality appliances and features (except for a mandatory $10 a monthly parcel locker if you want to receive packages!). Expect to be charged for every little thing upon move-out and none of it is negotiable. Steer clear, folks!!!

We're sorry to hear you were left with a negative perception of our community. Although older buildings require more upkeep, our dedicated maintenance team ensures all amenities are in working order. We encourage residents experiencing issues to fill out a work order. We hear your frustration regarding your move-out costs. However, all terms were clearly outlined in your lease agreement. If you have any questions about your costs, please give the office a call so we can clarify things for you.

They ended up taking my cosigner to claims, even after i paid half my rent and set up a payment plan after an unfortunate accident it ended up costing way to much.

We do our best to lay out our fees and policies in our lease agreement and make sure that all residents are aware of them. BEWARE, They will lure you in and sink their financial talons deep into your wallet. Not only will you not get any of your $300 security deposit back but they will charge you extra for damages that do not exist. I'm talking hundreds of extra dollars! Easy money for them that you can't dispute!
- Be prepared to pay a couple hundred more when you realease, they are hoping that once you're settled in you won't mind the inevitable increase.
- You will be charged again on top of your rent for pool, lawn, snow plow, parking etc.
- The pool is NEVER open.
-shady people walking through the parking lot at night.

I was considering renting there but the attitude of the main manager was terrible. She was rude and not much help at all, if something major happened I don't believe she would be the kind of person that has the skills to handle it very well or professionally.
