I loved living in Triton height apartments they were friendly and grounds were clean, good price for the square footage I totally recommend them !!!

We just Moved in not so long ago and So far all has been great Management is wonderful and very helpful and Maintenance Man is Great He is quick to take care of needs We absolutely appreciate that See a lawn service person every day Cleaning Parking lots Looks Nice and Clean also

Certified Resident

I used to love living here but parking has been an issue constantly. From someone taking my coveted spot to someone parking in front of it and blocking 3 spots and blocking traffic flow. When i called for help the on call guy gave me the name and number and it didn't work and they told me to google it. Seriously? Also, our neighbors have people knocking on their front door all hours of the night and it wakes me up because they knock so loud. In the past i felt like i was important and that the staff made a huge effort to help. Not so much anymore. :(

We know parking can - at times - be frustrating, but we are unfortunately limited to the confines of the space and do our best to prioritize parking for our valued residents within it. If you notice a vehicle parked illicitly within your assigned space, please make a note of the license plate and contact the office so that we may address this issue directly with the individual. There is hardly ever parking they need to expand the parking. You can never get ahold of the front office. When there is something wrong with your apartment you better be ready to wait 2 weeks and have to have them come back to fix the same thing a couple times.

Our team strives to be available to residents. We apologize for any difficulty you've had getting ahold of us. All emails and voicemails will be returned when possible. We are limited to the confines of the space and do our best to prioritize parking for our valued residents within it.
