    I applied for one of their apartments when they informed me that I could not even see the apartment until about 4 weeks after applying because of a current tenant still needing to move out then some renovations that needed to be done afterwards. They assured me that it would be fine for me to pay the fee to hold the apartment until after I was able to see it and I could change my mind and get a full refund and any time. I finally got in contact with them the day before our set date for me to tour the place, to let them know that they no longer need to hold the place for me and that I would like that fee refunded as they promised multiple times I would be able to do at any time. They then told me that since they held the apartment for me for so long that I cannot have any of my money refunded. I explained to them that I had at least two different people from their management team explain to me that I would be able to have the fees refunded at any time until I am able to see the place in the case I were to change my mind, and they simply responded by telling me that whoever it was had lied to me. I was frustrated, being hard on money at the moment just having to pay a bunch of money to move into a new place, and asked that they please see if there is anything they could do. They said that they would check on that and get back to me. Just as I expected, no one ever got back to me and I am now out a couple hundred of dollars. Very unprofessional.

    Worst management I've ever seen. They won't solve your issues until the end of your lease.

    I attempted to take a tour of The Ashwell, by filling out the neccessary forms online and in reality I'd filled out about 5 or 6 more forms at other prospective 2 bed 2 bath units in the area I was interested in. I didn't really notice if a particular one or two didn't respond so it caught my attention when a week and a half later I received a text on Sunday @ 10am from, presumably, a representative at the Ashwell asking if I was interested in the 2bed 2bath unit the Ashwell had available at that time. I immediately stated I was interested .....the agent then inquired when would be a good time to take a tour of their property.....I replied Monday, the next day, anytime worked for me.... .then crickets...no response......more crickets....finally Monday afternoon when no cares were given, I inquired if there was a better, more suitable time to tour the property? CRICKETS!!!! Then, about 4-5 days later I received another text from the noncommunicative agent asking , and here's the just the ineptitude of the quarter here, asking if I was still interested in touring the property...I replied I was no longer interested..thanks. here's my concern...when one shows their utter lack of even the ability to communicate on a basic rudimentary level, they are showing you what to expect, and I'm at the point in life where I'm inclined to believe them when they show what you too can expect if you'd only move in to ...the Ashwell......thanks again, but no thanks.
