I lived in these apartments for a year. Worst experience I ever had. Elevators are always out. I lived on the 5th floor and had to carry groceries and laundry. The stairs have dog pee most of the time and no one bothers to clean them. The overall quality of the living space is very poor. The management is very inexperienced and usually have no clue about anything. I noticed black stuff on the bathroom wall and send pictures to the management as it was suspicious for black mold. After few days I noted someone had scrapped it off when I was gone without asking me. Also be aware there is no AC and it really gets hot in the summer.

Horrible place. Overpriced, it may look cheap but ive spent over a grand every month and for what? A one bedroom with no a/c and a horrible assortment old neighbors. All the elevators are terrible and comstintantly break. Dont live here!!

On the surface, value for money seems ok. It's not. There are a total of three elevators in the building. Two have been completely broken since I moved in 5 months ago. The other works 70% of the time. There are door locks on everything including two just for the laundry room. It's pretty irritating. Utilities are also off the charts for Utah. Around $40 for building utilities and another $35 for electric if you are conservative. Plus internet is not included. I could live with an old building, but the people in the office (besides the general manager who is one of the friendliest people I have ever met) are some of the most unpleasant souls around. It is a massive burden to pick up your packages and there is just an overall "I could care less" attitude. How is this standard of customer service acceptable? Finally, they don't have a maintenance staff. Well technically they do, but they don't really do much. Several of the building light bulbs are out and never get replaced. It's mostly left to your own devices. Just an FYI.
