Summerwood

we moved here about a year ago and it's been terrible. New surprises almost every week and it's upsetting. When we moved in the place was practically falling apart and they only fixed a couple of things from the long list we wrote on move in date. We were desperate for a place or we would've never moved here. There are also BED BUGS so what the other reviews said was right. Totally regret moving here. Super poor maintenance.

I have lived here 8 years and plan on staying at least another 8.. Quiet, no issues, and amazing maintenance. Any negative comments could only be from those that were asked to leave due to disruption. I have had the same managers for the entire time I've been here. That speaks volumes.

I haven't heard anything back at all. Kind of frustrating.

Was told they had multiple apartments open. Was told that my criminal background would be find. My charges are 8 years and older, no violence, property or sex offenses. Come back the next day and then another lady tells me there aren't any openings and there's 7 people on the waiting list. We decide to stick it through and submit application anyways. Get a call the next day and get told that my criminal background has to many charges and even though they were all old that she didn't feel it was even worth running the credit and background check. Also wad told they didn't run it because my soon to be wife didn't qualify because she had no income, even though my income easily cleared the 3x rent amount. If they would've just been honest groom the start, it could've saved me alot of time and effort.

Bed bugs!! Just one drive around the apartments and you'll see couches and mattresses in the dumpsters. STAY AWAY!
