I have lived at Sugarhouse Apartments by Urbana for 12 months now and it has been a great experience.
The apartments are well made - I have not heard a neighbor through the walls or above. Maintenance staff are always available and friendly.
Administrative staff have also been excellent.
And the apartments are immaculate.

Maintenance is great. Very response always within a day or 2. I like living here a lot!

I haven't met the new management, so responding to this questions is based on the old staff. I would recommend the property because I enjoy my apartment and think it is nice, new and clean. However, the price for what all is included seems high.

I was not showed other community services when I moved into my apartment. The management office could have more evening hours when people are home from work or be staffed at least on Saturday.

Clean and new apartments. It's great because it has tall sealings and just a very nice place to live.
