We have lived here for three years; Diane is the manager, very friendly to your face, and will stab you in the back when your not looking. The apartment are less then luxury, they won't replace carpets, or linoleum. Have never been repainted since they were built, tenants are afraid of being evicted for voicing any opinions about the way things are managed. If I were you id run and don't look back. I will guarantee they are not to be trusted. They are the furthest thing from luxury apartment, laminated counter top, the worst cabinets, they make a banging noise, very small refrigerators. One ceiling fan, we have lived here 3 years, and they have never cleaned or painted them. We added 2 ceiling fans, kitchen faucet, professionally painted accent walls in master bedroom, added a medicine cabinet, fixed the shower door. They are forcing us to pay them $500.00 for the improvements or we'll face being evicted. I have developed Peripheral neuropathy, very painful to walk on there commercial grade carpet, no padding, and like walking on cement floors, put up with it or move out is there respouse. No smoking unless you're at least 25 feet from any property sidewalks or door entry. They tell you to take a picture of the person smoking, they do nothing to get involved. My friends. If you move into Silver Crest learn to keep your mouth shut. Don't confide in your neighbor. And never think the office will cover your back, just stab it. And again never think the manager Diane or receptionist Charlen are trustworthy, if at all costs stay as far away from them as you can. I'd swear Gods name this is the whole truth and nothing but the whole truth. Come near this place you'll regret not listening to my advice!

I looked at over a dozen apartment complexes and when I found Silver Crest, I knew it was the one. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. It felt very safe and is so conveniently located to shopping and I -215. Mailboxes are inside, garages available, and the rent and fees for what you were getting were very fair. The two ladies in the office were so gracious in every way. They went out of their way to show me different apartment layouts, answered many questions over a couple of days, and it was a great experience working with them. I didnt end up moving anywhere, but if I had, or need to in the future, this will be the place.

Management and staff are so very nice and go above and beyond to make living here a nice place. Moving from our home wasn't easy but we love being part of a community with many new friends and we enjoy living here.
