Showed up to rent a place. Paid everything they told me upfront. 2wks later I get a text saying I owe $299 plus a late fee for not paying something that day. Side note: I don't even live there yet but have already paid the month's rent and ALL other fees presented that day 2wks ago. I call up and ask questions... no cursing or raising of my voice, just good old fashioned, "why are you charging me a late fee when it was YOUR fault?" Guy tells me nothing is going to get solved this way but that he can "wave the late fee just this once." Like he's doing me a favor by not screwing me over due to their incompetence??! Sadly, I'm stuck there and I haven't even moved in yet. Word of advice: RUUUUNNNN!!!!!!!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. First time calling "Brittany" answered and I asked her if a unit was available.....she hung up immediately. So I called right back and told her we must have gotten disconnected and she wasn't even polite about it and just said "How can I help you" with a stink attitude. I asked if there was any units available for rent and how much is the rent, and again before I could even finish my sentence she cuts me off and responds with an attitude. Hey Brittany, if you don't like your job find something else to do cause you sure have NO customer service skills at all. If you are unhappy about your life you should do something to change it instead of taking it out on customers that contribute to you getting a pay check.

I was interested in their property and they answered all my questions within 5 minutes! They have a way friendly staff. Marci and Rachel got me super pumped about moving into a new apartment with my fianc.

Terrible service when it comes to maintenance requests. Takes forever and several office people are rude. Don't feel like I got my money's worth.
