My son s family been there about five years they want to get out of there but stuck with the leases, the each year goes up, but lately theyve had several power outages. Lost a lot on food since theres no power to the 3/4 of the apartment, Have notice that when someone leaves the staff will update the apartment. There lease is up July, but going with out power is the pits. No recommend this place. They get it fixed and later that day its out again.

Although you have never called our community home, we are disappointed to see you still hold such a low perception of it. Please know, our rates are set based on current market trends in the area. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for rent to increase slightly when renewing a lease in relation to these trends. While power outages themselves are often the result of a power company issue that is beyond our control, we do our best to ensure that we communicate with residents and do our part to resolve these issues swiftly. We cannot discuss specific situations with parties not listed on the lease and, as such, encourage you to have your son reach out to the office if he has any concerns. Thank you.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and I honestly am looking forward to moving out. I have had so many issues with basic maintenance problems in my apartment. Over my time living here so far, I have had problems with my AC where it completely froze over and my apartment was 80+ degrees. This problem happened twice and made my bill sky rocket over 50 extra dollars. Which is a lot in the scheme of things after rent is added up and utilities. When I talked to the leasing office the first time around I was told nothing needed to be replaced or fixed and they did nothing about my insanely high power bill. This issue happened again and the maintenance employee informed me it wasn't done right in the first place and it should have been replaced. He also told me this definitely would make my power bill very high since it was running and producing no air. But still, Royal Farms didn't help me at all with the cost and didn't really act sympathetic in any way. I feel this was not in any way my fault but I had to deal with the consequences not just one time but twice in a time period of 3 months due to the utilities not being properly maintained. This was very irritating. When I asked again about my power bill they had nothing to say to me. I have also had problems with my fire place since I moved in, it really has never worked. My blinds break with just everyday use, along with the towel racks in the bathrooms. There has also been a huge issue with bugs everywhere in my apartment. They come out and spray every month, but it is just gross and I have never had this issue anywhere else. I understand things eventually have wear and tear but I feel frustrated because the issues seem to be just half fixed or not even done for me when I asked multiple times. Some of the staff has been rude in my opinion but the newer staff seems to be nicer. Although they are nicer, there seems to be a lot of confusion and miss communication between them all. Wouldn't recommend, too expensive.

Management is awful . The pool is closed often with no rebate on your huge amenities bill . pool opened well into june
