The community is beautiful, the landscaping always well taken care of, the floorplans are well laid out and roomy, the units are modern and decorated in tasteful colors with nice floor coverings, light fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry. The office staff is friendly with great follow-thru & the maintenance staff are prompt and professional. Moreover for us pet lovers, the pet stations throughout the community are appreciated in addition to the awesome new Bark Park. Thank you!

I really love how quiet and clean this complex is. The only downfall is that I have never lived in a complex that raises the rent for each year you want to stay. If a resident wants to renew their lease it means they really like living where they are. So why punish them by raising the rent? A little discouraging.

It's a bit expensive, but I'm living alone, so I guess that's the trade off. Some of the recreational facilities are not in the condition I'd like--structural, they're not up to spec; maintenance is fine. I don't like their electronic payment system, but at least they have one.

The Royal Farms apartment complex is in a nice residential and business community of Cottonwood Heights. The two bedroom, one bath unit I have has large closets and good sized rooms. Neither the apartment nor the community is a luxury but is very nice. There are extra costs to living in the complex that were not readily apparent when I moved in or have been added which is one of the primary reasons for the rating. My unit has been remodeled with new lights, cabinets, and appliances that are avg.
