    Billing system is awful. Something is always broken. Not secure, as the garage is often broken.

    Two stars cause the location is nice! Other than that though the place is a ripoff. Kept my security deposit for "cleaning" despite me leaving the place cleaner than when I moved in.

    The floors make so much noise you can hear everything your neighbors upstairs does and even your next door neighbor . No rugs not even in the bedroom. Not luxury especially for the price. SLC is trying to charge what Boston or NYC charge for an apartment. The office staff seem fake and only want your money. The good reviews online seem generic like they paid someone to write them. Im done with this business and dont recommend it at all.

    The office team has been very helpful so far and the building looks cool! Love that it is next to Target and the freeway! COOL digs!
