I lived there for a year and loved everything about it.

Vey shady apartment with homeless crawling everywhere. They frequently break in cars and steal stuff. Management doesn't care even a bit. Garage parking is useless as they've gates open all the time, gate never closes. Apartment smells like dog and poop is everywhere. Very dirty, very costly apartment and doesn't worth at all.

Nice place, nice people. Its the kind of place I would want to l live in for a while.

We were searching for almost 5 months and we absolutely love it, I have toured everything downtown and Ive been living here for almost a month/ there was so issues trying to move in but once I got the keys its been amazing! The staff have been so helpful! And so kind. The underground parking is only $60 and the surrounding apartments its $100-$150. They dont require a $150 media package like most downtown apartments do- be very careful with parking if you move in because I got my car towed the first night because I didnt have the sticker the office gave me to put on the window of my car so make sure to do that! They dont play around- he let my car down but only cause he could tell I legit just moved in hours before. I have vaulted ceilings washer and dryer in unit and for the most part I can find street parking. I needed another fob and to pay for parking and they were so sweet and helped me out! Gabbie and Carmela are the best! The halls are kind of thin and you can hear everything lol but I just bought noise canceling foam and put it under my coaches and rugs and hope that helps my downstairs neighbors lol they havent complained to my knowledge we arent very loud little family but I still try and be respectful since I know the walls are kind of thin. Its located perfect to downtown! I work from home and sometimes I have to have meetings at my house and its so beautiful that I really dont mind it, its definitely a place I can call home! There hot tub is open and I havent been here in the summer yet but so far its going great! Home is what you make of it! My teens love it here! You can smell the cooking in the hallways sometimes but everyone is friendly! Definitely almost missed out on this place and Im so glad I gave it a chance!

I've been living here for years its a great place to live in. I've never had a problem! I highly recommend

I love my apartment. I love living downtown and the staff is so nice. I love the laundry in the unit.
