Meadowbrook Station is safe and well-maintained community at an affordable price. Close to downtown and but also just far enough away from the congestion, it's a great place to live.

I was nervous about moving into my first apartment, but Meadowbrook Station has been an absolute dream! The staff are polite and attentive, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and professionally, our neighbors are quiet, and having a hot tub available is more awesome than I hoped it could be. I'm happy we chose Meadowbrook Station!

I have enjoyed living here at Meadowbrook Station so far. It is a well maintained apartment complex. It is definitely not the cheapest option here in the Salt Lake Valley, but most of the utilities are bundled together. They could be quicker about fixing things. But overall, its a good place.
