Overall, Fox Point in Old Farm is an excellent place to live. I love the location and nearby park. The apartments are in good condition and well maintained. If ever you have an issue, the office staff is very responsive, and things get taken care of quickly. They also allow pets, which is a huge plus. And most of my neighbors are pretty descent folks. One thing to be aware of is the rent does go up each year. I'm from another state, so I'm not used to that.

The staff is friendly and respectful. And so is the community. The apartments are a great size and its a good experience.

It's a quiet, nice neighborhood with very attractive scenery. I enjoy walking outside and visiting the pond where the ducks are just to enjoy it. Neighbors are friendly at least where I am stationed. And there are many locations around the apartment to go visit. Whether it's groceries, movies, restaurants it's all relatively close. Rent started out great but seems to climb up high pretty quickly so keep an eye on that. But other than that. A nice place to live in an apartment.
