It took way too much time to see properties the guy who helped us was very slow in telling details of property and wasted time helping others while he should have help us and not been so distracted. He seemed too young to be a host

Pros: Friendly staff, nice units, great pool/gym, dog friendly, safe neighborhood. Cons: Somewhat pricey, very strict on lease terms. Biggest issue is contracted maintenance (on-staff maintenance is fantastic). Apartment staff gives little notice, low flexibility, and contractors don't show up half the time. Complaints to apartment yield It's not us response. You hire contractors, take responsibility.
