This was a good place to live, however, one should expect the building to be under construction indefinitely. I lived here for 5 years and there was construction happening the entire duration. We hit our breaking point when we learned scaffolding would be going up (again) to fix the balconies. Projects you expect to take a couple of months take much longer and they're never ending. If you work from home, this isn't the place for you as it's often very loud and difficult to concentrate. There are 10-20 workers in and out all day and the amenities are often clogged because they're constantly having construction meetings in the business center.

Positives: Location, other residents Negatives: Expect the building to be under construction indefinitely, simple service orders will likely take several months to complete, onsite staff is friendly but unable to do much.

We love Eagle Gate! Roseanne was superb to work with. She answered all our questions promptly and patiently showed us apartments until we knew what we wanted. These apartments are so quiet! That was very important to us, and Eagle Gate has exceeded our expectations.
