Property well maintained very quite office and maintenance staff are wonderful and very helpful. Fast response if there is a maintenance/repair issue sometimes will resolve less then a day I live here more then 8 years and I love it as my home.

Living here is the biggest scam. before i moved in i was told it would be 1,175 for a one bedroom one bathroom. I am literally paying 1,300 before utilities. best piece of advice DO NOT MOVE HERE. on top of outrageous pricing, the management is AWFUL way to hard to even get a response. nobody in the office has a clue on how to do there job. I have put in atleast 3 maintenance requests none have been fulfilled. pretty much everything in my apartment is broken or breaking. there are way to many stink bugs. worst place ive literally ever lived.

Living here has literally been a nightmare. Six months after I moved in they told me I owed them $199 for an error apparently they made. They told me it would be removed then a month later I got an eviction notice for not having paid it. They never ever return phone calls. I have had an incredible amount of items damaged due to awful maintenance. My updated apartment looks atrocious and things that I was told would be fixed before I moved in were never addressed. I had to make three work orders before my sink was fixed (witch was leaking), it was over a month before they fixed it. And I was told by the management that theyre sorry that happened but there is nothing they can do because it was in the past. Well I think the 199 that I honestly dont believe I should owe should be in the past too. Honestly I can not wait to move out. Also, I asked to file a formal complaint and the manager said that all I could do was talk to her and there was nothing she could do.

If you plan on moving into an apartment at Cobble Creek, bring a toolkit and learn how to do maintenance yourself. In addition to having an utterly incompetent and generally clueless leasing office staff who can't be bothered to pick up the phone or reply to an email, the maintenance staff here might as well be nonexistent. In the two months we've had the displeasure of living here, four maintenance request have been completely ignored or put off for so long that we've had to do it ourselves. Issues with the apartment include but are not limited to: non-functional dishwasher at move-in, peeling vinyl flooring, interior doors falling off their hinges, and bifold closet doors that fall down due to broken pivots and pivot brackets. Do yourself a favor and rent literally anywhere else.

We moved out three months ago and have still not received our security deposit. After trying to reach the leasing office several times, one of the staff tells me that the check was mailed out in June. I told him that we never received a check, and asked if they could check their financial records and issue a new check. He says that the office is not authorized to reissue checks and that I needed to contact their Corporate offices in New York City. I asked him for their telephone number and he says, "Check the website. I hate Corporate". This has been, by far, the worst experience that I have ever had with apartment management. Please do yourself a favor, look elsewhere and avoid this apartment at all costs.

I lived in So Cal for 13 years and I would challenge anyone to find a complex more beautiful, well maintained, service prompt and friendly staff. Anyone writing a negative review or complaining about pricing should go live in Orange County or San Diego . Pay more and get far less.
