If I could give a 0 to this dishonest business, then I would. If you are planning on living there, DON'T. They kept our deposit for over 30 days (which violates Utah Code) and deducted from it without providing any written itemization as to why. Their new management team, both the manager Camille and assistant manager Jeanett, is unprofessional and very dishonest. Hardly ever we would receive any email responses from them and getting a hold of them over the phone is nearly impossible. The apartments itself are meh. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, look into North Six. They have better management; the apartments do not have cockroaches and the building itself cleaner and does not smell like someone's smoking pot all the time.
The management were some of the worst people I've ever has to deal with. They were never in the office and whenever we needed anything they we're rude and short and wouldn't help with anything. I often times work from home and internet is critical to my job, I had moved into one of the newer units that used to be the old retail space and they just kept giving excuses for why we didnt have Internet available. I would simplify ask for updates and they would practically yell at myself and my gf.
I have come to the office staff multiple times to try and resolve some simple issues and I am treated very poorly every time. A couple are very accommodating and nice, others are just rude. This building is suppose to be my home it is where I live and want to be treated with respect. I love many things this building offers such as the amenities and overall structure if it were not for the poor management I would recommend this building to any of my friends. I will not be signing another lease.
the area is great. close to down town. I don't care for the RR tracks near by, but I can deal with it. the price is right for me. covered and secure parking is a plus. washers and dryers are provided and in your apartment. visitor parking needs improvement. but all in all my needs are well met here.
considering the number of tenents in this building it is so quiet.
