I LOVE living at Cedar Breaks apartments. This is by far the cleanest apartment I've moved into. The location is fantastic, the gym area is impeccable and the jacuzzi is open year round the staff is great. Andrew at the office always goes above and beyond for his residents. They also have a big recycling bin and free air and vacuum for tenants as well as a nice kids playground and the rent cost is very fair.

The rent is much higher then it should be for the size and quality of apartments here. The maintenance crew is horrible and says they fix things just to stop for a few hours/days and then the same thing starts again. They continue to make changes to policies and not inform residents. They do not take complaints seriously.
