The management staff are second to none. They care about their residents and so whatever they can to take care of them. They make City Station a great place to live.
Management and the apartment building itself are both great and very highly meet my needs. Unfortunately, the reason I won't be signing another lease with 644 is because of the internet and tv media package we are required to pay extra for. The internet speeds have never been adequate, and we never even turn on our TV. Things like this that are included are what will make us go to another apartment building that doesn't require it.
The staff is friendly and helpful, they take my concerns seriously and do something about them. The apartment complex is well kept and clean - despite a few messy residents. The apartments themselves (I have been in two of them, upgrading to a 2 BR) are well kept and clean upon move-in. The location is great, about 700 feet from a UTA TRAX Station, and walking distance to downtown.
There was a small balance on my account (~$15), and after 2 weeks I was threatened with a $35 dollar fee, which seems extortionate at 230% of the balance. Additionally, there is only 1 parking space total (i.e., you can have above ground or below ground parking but not both).
Expensive, but in a good location with nice apartments and excellent staff.
