    I enjoy living here. There are awesome amenities, my neighbors are all very friendly, and I couldn't ask for better co-workers than the staff here. I recommend this community to everyone I know.

    I love their tranquility room and the proximity to the virgin river! Gorgeous community and Cassandra in the office is so friendly and helpful.

    Very terrible place to rent , The parking is awful they make you park on the street if you have more than one vehicle , if anybody complains about one person that person gets evicted without even hearing the two sides of the story , very immature management I recommend you dont go to this place it is ridiculous

    The parking is insane here. You get 1 spot for your 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and are expected to pay $25 more a month if you want more parking. There are about 20 free spots total and they fill up almost instantly. The office is bad at responding and even if you are standing there looking at them through the window they will ignore you so they can leave at 6... they are pet friendly but then have poisonous plants around the complex. The A/C is incredibly loud and doesnt get cool enough to get your apartment below 83 in the summer. The walls are also super thin. If you have loud neighbors you can clearly just watch tv with them. Internet is "included" but has very poor connection and is throttled during peak times of the day. By "included" it is direct TV package that is tacked onto your rent at a way higher price than just normal internet would cost. Also the cupboards are very small here and hold very little dishes. Don't expect water pressure either, youll need to replace the shower head to get any sort of pressure and even then it's hardly enough to wash your hair. All around poor experience.... The maintenance workers are amazing and nice. They do their job well and put up with a lot.

    Clean and well kept areas, fun and entertaining recreational things to do at the clubhouse and the staff is very professional.
