Orchard Cove has been home to my family for serveral years. The office staff is always so friendly and quick to respond to my needs. My son loves the Easter Egg hunt and looks forward to meeting the Easter Bunny every year. They always come up with the cutest and fun idea for the holidays. Maintenance is quick to respond and rent is great for the space you get.

Management, Leasing Professional and all Technicians have been outstanding and very accommodating to all requests, concerns and needs that we've had for the past 2 years since moving in. The apartments, grounds, swimming pool, hot tub, weight room and laundry area are kept well maintained. We absolutely love living here and have no plans on moving in the future.

The employees are very responsive and polite. My kids have really enjoyed all the different play grounds and pool. The grounds are kept very nice.
