There's a path to walk or ride bikes and there are parks to go to with my puppy and there's a summer party every year

It's next to a big park for a small community. It's also away from all the noise you tend to have in busier areas of the city.

I like that there are two parks nearby. I like that the neighborhood is quite. I like that we can see the beautiful Wasatch mountains.
