This place is great and a steal. I highly recommend this place to everyone that is needing an affordable place to live because I myself am pleased. The bedrooms are actually surprisingly big compared to others that we have been in. The management is fantastic and very respectful of the residents but also extremely helpful. Parking is not terrible as the parking lot is not huge but you can be parked on the other side of the complex.

This place is amazing! I am so glad that we were able to find this place for our little family to live. With the cost of living going up it is nice to be able to find affordable housing that meets all our needs. There are storage on the balconies which is a huge plus.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. My partner and I have been here for a year and are planning on renewing. This place is affordable and also cozy. As others have said parking can be difficult but if you are home around 5 or 6 you can usually find a good spot. Each apartment is assigned one guaranteed covered spot but usually you can get semi close since the parking lot is not huge. Management is nice and helpful when you have questions.

This is the 2nd time I have lived here(same unit and all its really funny) I was a teenager when I lived here 1st and loved it then so I told my husband how much I loved it and we live here again and we LOVE IT! my kids love the birds and the pool of course! This month I have had one of the maintenance men help me a handful of times. He has taken my garbage out like 3-4 times and helped jump start my car. I love where I live!!!

Legacy Springs Apartments have spacious apartments at affordable prices. A safe, comfortable place to live in a convenient location. I especially love the pool and hot tub.

It's funny to me how people complain. No place is perfect. Even if you own your own home it can have it's down falls. As far as apartment living goes.....I enjoy living here. The neighbors for the most part are friendly, management and the office staff have always been polite, and the maintenance staff does their best to keep things done. I always get a smile and hello from all of the staff and that is great. I would reccomend someone to live here. For apt living I think it is great.

I've lived at Legacy Springs for almost 3 years... I have nothing but GOOD experiences. Staffs are very NICE, FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS! Thank you Legacy Springs for making me feel at home away from home!!
