Oh no! We're so sorry for the lack of response. We will work on bettering our communications, but in the meantime, please feel free to stop by our office so we can chat in person! Thank you.


Unfriendly staff: I liked it here at first but am unhappy with the new management and some of the new residents. Residents gossip and the manager has their ear. The manager has their favorites. Many bored residents sit downstairs and watch everyone coming and going and report it to the manager. They have to know who visiting whom. It's like they have to know every visitor that comes to visit. Manager discourages visitors. Too many rules. Feel like I am being spied on all the time. And management does not care that our hall carpets are really bad and ugly and my apt. carpets are unfit to walk on because they are wrinkled. I pay my rent on time and try to be a good resident and my rent goes up each year. I added a new toilet and new blinds and have improved the apartment. I want to live where I can feel happy, have people over and not feel like I am being watched all the time. I have never done anything wrong and when I made a mistake against the rules that I did not know about, I no longer broke those rules.

We are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all our residents and their guests, but it seems we've fallen short of this goal. residents are friendly, management is helpful and friendly, being confined to a power chair it is nice not to have yard work to do nor stair to climb. The grounds keeper does a good job keeping the complex looking nice.

My confidence in the management, at the corporate level, is going down. It used to be great. I have the perception that there is a greater concern about making and keeping money more than anything else. I understand that this is a business for making money, but I wonder at times about the ethics/morals and how they go about making said monies. I could be wrong about all of this. If so, please let me know. Also the maintenance staff does outstanding work. Thanks.
