You don't want to live here. NO cable TV, NO satellite dish can be placed on the (not balcony) because the outside of the building has to look the same for every apartment. We pay $99. P/MO. For internet that only works part of the time. I pay an additional $69. For local channels You will not get any support from the manager here in the building. If you call fiberwave (the internet provider)they will give you the song and dance about the technician being here and he will come to your apartment. Ya right! Do Not rent here!
