Q: Do you have any 1 bedroom units?
A: No. We only offer 2 and 3 bedroom units
Q: Are the apartments furnished?
A: No. None of the apartments are furnished. The resident must provide own furniture.
Q: Do you offer short term leases?
A: Not at this time. We only offer 12 month leases until further notice.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes. As well as service/companion animals (subject to verification).
Q: How many people can live in the unit?
A: As a Low Income Housing Tax Credit property, it is dependent on the Income vs Income Limit results.
Q: When will I get a call back when something opens up?
A: Park City is a very fast paced area for housing. Even more so between September and May months. For this reason, it is very difficult to make any promises on call backs.
Q: How long does it take to know if I'm approved to move-in?
A: It shouldn't take any more than 2 working days. However, there are several factors out of our control. One of the key steps to approve a household is employment/income verification via a 3rd party. This would be your employer or complete information via pay-stubs. How long it takes to hear back from employers is out of our control. If all needed documents and information at provided at the time the application is submitted, we can even receive results within 24hrs!
Q: Do you do background and credit checks?
A: Yes. This is standard for all adult applicants. Which is why the application fee is $35/legal adult (18yrs+). This is another step that may delay the final approval of an application.
Q: What if I don't have enough credit?
A: The most common scenario is that the poor credit history won't affect the application at all. However, in some instances an additional deposit amount may be required on top of the $500 security deposit. In some very rare cases, the application may be denied.
