If I could give it 0 stars I would this is the worst place I have lived in. The other tentants that live in the apartment complex are so trashy. Holes in the walls, dog poo everywhere. People leaving their old furniture in the corridors and outside of the complex. Shoppy carts left all over the place. I just cant wait to leave this place. If you are thinking about moving here, dont!!!!! Look somewhere else
Awsome, beatifull apartment living.
They are completely awful. The property itself is beautiful. The property management is a disgrace and disappointment. They never respond to concerns. The lease agreement is sloppy, and they NEVER comply with it. They never solve your concerns. We had to reach out to the regional manager to even get a response. The onsite manager, is rude and passive aggressive. We have always followed policy, and our car was towed out of our registered parking spot. They could care less about the residents, only the dollar sign on your sent check. There are so many other places to live in Orem/ Provo area, save yourself the headache and don't live here.
There is still construction and finding parking isn't easy. I never am able to get ahold of the office for any questions at any time of the day. Today alone I have called three times, and left a voicemail with a callback number and an email address asking for easy question about my mailbox number. I understand that this is a new apartment complex and there is some understanding of how busy it is with a brand new complex, however I don't feel it is reason enough to not return voice mails.
