Advantages: The landlore and maintance crew are pretty good. Most of my maintence requests were completed within 1-2 days. They also recently switched the windows to vinyln which really helped with tempeture control and noise reduction.

Disadvantages:
BEWARE! Extra fees galore. My base rent was $885 for a 2-bedroom but by the end with all the extra fees I was paying $1100(not including the seperate power and internet bills). There is a ~$40 C.A.M fee which was not included in my lease. Also expect to pay $35 for cable that you can not opt out of. Very expensive place for what you receive.

Older apartments, typically well maintained. Grounds are excellent. Prices have lots of fees added. I pay close to $1100 for a two bedroom. Not all units have dishwashers, and kitchens are tiny. There are nearly constant problems with spiders. Parking in winter is horrible, so be sure you get chains.

We would like to thank you for this review, but at the same time apologize for slightly missing our mark when it comes to your experience. We are glad to see that you have found your home and community to be well maintained but we are sad that most of your frustration is in regard to our charges. We do our best to keep our prices affordable while still remaining relative to the market and we believe that we are in a good place.

The management is terrible and would not repair maintenance requests. When my daughter moved out she was charged for repairs to appliances she had repeatedly requested to have repaired. She did not have a functional oven for more than 4 months. Don't risk your money on a terribly managed complex.
