The neighbors are very friendly and family-minded. The grocery store is only about 5 minutes. We are within 10 min of the freeway but not too close.

The unique about in our neighborhood they more active in the church. Our favorite local business are Walmart, Winco and McDonald's.We love to go with my family in the parks.

Live on the bench overlooking the city and there are many outdoor activities. There are many biking trails too

It's family friendly. Most people are kind and caring. Neighbors check up on each other. There are lots of good restaurants close by. The pizza man takeout is close and delicious.

I love living close to my kids' schools. I love the walking and biking infrastructure. I love living close to a gym with several swimming pools.

We have a little more space than a traditional neighborhood, the neighbors have horses I am able to have chickens and I feel a liitle less cramped
